Mike Lauderdale
Mike Lauderdale is Vice President of Human Resources at FedEx. Since joining as a sorter in 1985, Lauderdale has risen up the ranks at the transportation company and now plays a crucial role in preserving and enhancing its people-first philosophy. Lauderdale oversees diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and drives strategies to attract, develop, and retain a highly talented global workforce. Since joining FedEx in 1985, Lauderdale has worked across multiple business functions, including customer support and IT. In his four decades of service, he’s won the company’s highest team member honor, the FedEx Five Star award, four times. Lauderdale is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Memphis Museums Inc.
