Christina Hall is the Chief People Officer (CPO) of Instacart and oversees the company’s recruiting; workplace culture; employee experience; and diversity, equity, and belonging functions. Hall joined Instacart in 2020 as the company’s first CPO, offering more than 20 years of experience in advancing talent at high-performing tech companies. Prior to joining Instacart, Hall served as Chief People Officer at LinkedIn and held key roles at Facebook and Intuit. Hall currently serves as a board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula and serves as an advisory board member for Syndio, Penny Jar Capital, and Equiliar.
