Deeanne King is the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of T-Mobile, bringing over 30 years of senior leadership experience in cultivating company culture and enhancing employee experience. King rose through the ranks at Sprint Corporation, ultimately serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and playing a key role in the Sprint-T-Mobile merger. After successfully integrating the distinct cultures of both companies, she now leads T-Mobile’s workforce and strives for innovation in onboarding, training, and leadership development. King holds a degree from Baylor University and has completed executive education at Georgetown University, Duke University, and KPMG.
