Joy Rothschild is the CHRO of Omni Hotels & Resorts. With four decades of experience at the international hotel chain, she has been instrumental in transforming the company’s culture and highlighting Omni’s commitment to the individuals who are the backbone of the company’s success. As CHRO, Rothschild ensures strategic direction for employee services from pre-employment through retirement. She serves on several advisory boards, including at The American Hotel and Lodging Association, the School of Hospitality Administration at Boston University, and the Hospitality Board of Governors at the University of North Texas.
