Kathleen Navarro leads New York Life Insurance’s Executive Talent & Diversity Council and works closely with the company’s businesses to align talent and diversity initiatives with business goals. She has held a range of roles in finance, strategy, and operations since joining New York Life in 1994. She has been recognized as a Top 10 Champion of Global Diversity by DiversityGlobal, and was included on the National Diversity Council's Top 50 Chief Diversity Officers and Most Powerful & Influential Women lists. She holds an MBA from Baruch College, a Bachelor of Science in statistics and management from NYU, and a certification in Strategies for Building & Leading Diverse Organizations from Harvard Kennedy School.
